Request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Once Dodo Payments confirms the full refund, tutorial access is removed.

How refunds work

1. Contact the published support channel from the email connected to your purchase.
2. Include the tutorial title and purchase date. Do not send card details.
3. We submit or confirm the refund through Dodo Payments.
4. Full refunds revoke access. Partial refunds keep access active while the order is reviewed.

Disputes

Opening a payment dispute temporarily suspends access. Access is restored if the dispute is cancelled or won, and revoked if it is accepted or lost. Contact support first whenever possible.
