Seven-day refund policy

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase. A confirmed full refund revokes access to a purchased pack and removes the booking link for a coaching add-on.

How to request one

Use the support page with the email address used for purchase and the pack or coaching add-on name. Do not send card details.

Partial refunds and disputes

Partial refunds require review. An open payment dispute temporarily suspends tutorial access and hides coaching scheduling until the provider resolves it.
