Payment information

Dodo Payments processes checkout and payment details. Friendly Ladder stores provider references and purchase status, not full card details.

Why data is used

Data is used to authenticate learners, unlock paid material, save progress, handle refunds and disputes, prevent duplicate webhook processing, and provide support.

Retention and requests

Purchase records are retained for financial and support obligations. Progress can be deleted on a verified request once an active support channel is published.
