Privacy notice

Information used

After ChatGPT sign-in, Friendly Ladder may receive the email address and optional name supplied by the Sites authentication layer. The product stores your authenticated email and name, your optional Friendly Ladder display name, tutorial enrollments and progress, purchases and access records, and payment event references needed to provide access.

To help run the service, we also keep your first and latest activity, login history (the date and browser time zone of your first authenticated visit each local day), and manager access audit events. These records are used for account support and service administration.

What the tutorial does not collect

The tutorial does not inspect your computer, read your local project files, or require you to paste evidence of completed work.

Payments

Checkout is handled by an external merchant of record. Friendly Ladder does not charge an existing OpenAI subscription.

Coaching scheduling

After a verified coaching purchase, Friendly Ladder may show the matching Cal.com scheduling link. Calendar availability and booking details are handled by Cal.com and are not stored in Friendly Ladder.
